Scott - Drums,Vocals
No Musical Education. Can't read music. No formal training. No vocal or drum lessons-nothing. My name is Scott and I play Drums for Hot House
Jeff - Bass, Guitar, Keyboards, Vocals
Unlike my some of my band mates I have no professional musical training, but I have many years of experience. I grew up playing music in Michigan, playing in many bands throughout high school until college kept me pretty busy. My experience is primarily on the Bass and Guitar. I went into the studio and made a CD with a Christian rock band just before picking up and moving to Wisconsin for my day job. After getting settled I joined the band Blonde Faith. This is where I met our drummer Scott. Scott and I eventually started the band 45 North and played throughout the Milwaukee area. Many current Milwaukee musicians played with us and two years ago we changed direction and the name to Hot House. Now playing bass, guitars and keyboards, this is the best band I have played with. Great music and great musicians.
Patrick - Keyboards, Bass, Vocals
I studied classical piano with Yvonne Huntley (Wisconsin Conservatory of Music) from 1979 until 1984. During that time, I also studied on and off with local jazz musician Dan Dance. I was the pianist for the Marquette University Jazz Ensemble from 1987-1990. I have studied jazz piano and theory on-and-off with Lynn Roginske (Wisconsin Conservatory of Music) from 1991 to 2001. I began studying electric bass with local musician Michael Williams in 2002. I studied voice with Carol Barth (West Bend, WI) in 2004. I am a 2005 graduate of Gerald Veasley’s "Bass Boot Camp" (Reading, PA). I worked as a fill-in bass player until joining the since-dissolved band Abacus in late 2005. I was the keyboard player for local band "Angie Said Red" from 2001 to 2007. Since 2007, I’ve had the pleasure of bringing both keyboard and bass to Hot House.
Carlos - Lead Guitar
Violin at 4. Piano at 10. Classical guitar at 12. Friggin’ electric rock guitar at 14. The rest is history. I was a part of Adrenalina, a local rock band from El Salvador, since 1992. The band fell apart somewhere between 2000 and 2002. I then (somehow) ended up in Wisconsin. Trying to keep the flame of rock alive, I joined veteran band Exhibit A in 2004. I was recruited by the Hot House minions in 2007.
